Returns and Refunds Policy

At Henry Byte, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains our guidelines regarding product returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns Eligibility

  • Products may be returned only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
  • Certain products, such as personal care items, software, or digital goods, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or licensing restrictions.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
  3. Once approved, you will be responsible for safely packaging the product and sending it back to us.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed through the same method used for payment, which is Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to process after approval.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange for the same product or a suitable replacement (subject to availability).
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged due to customer misuse, or returned after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

International Returns

Since Henry Byte operates worldwide, international customers are responsible for any shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes associated with returning a product.
